To place an order the customer must agree to accept all the goods chosen by them.
The customer deposit is not returnable if the customer cancels the order, after Town & Country has ordered any item relating to the customer order, or if Town & Country have incurred any cost in preparing the order.
Town & Country will ensure that the installation of goods shall be completed within a reasonable time. Time will not be the essence in respect of the completion of the installation by Town & Country.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing all materials delivered to the purchases premises shall be the purchases risk after delivery. The ownership of such materials and goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the payment in full of the price has been made to Town & Country.
The drawing is the order; only units and the accessories specified on the drawing will be supplied unless other wise advised.
